Medical Marijuana Evaluations

 

Medical ​Marijuana evaluations consists of a 30 minute phone call evaluation and signed diagnostic letter which can be used as proof of prior medical condition for your license. If you do not qualify your fee will be refunded. If you do qualify, we will walk you through the steps towards getting your license.

In Florida, medical marijuana is available to patients diagnosed with specific medical conditions, including certain mental health disorders. The Florida Department of Health's Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU) recognizes the following psychiatric conditions as qualifying for medical marijuana treatment:

Qualifying Mental Health Diagnosis including:

•  Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

•  Anxiety

• Depression

• Bipolar Disorder

• Insomnia

• Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD)

• Major Depressive Disorder (MDD)

• Panic Disorder

• Anorexia Nervosa

• Bulimia Nervosa

our evaluation, you will be refunded the fee.
