Meet Dr. Becky

Jungian Psychotherapist, Certified TCM Herbalist, Transpersonal Researcher

Born and raised in Miami, Fl I was fortunate enough to be surrounded by diversity and multiculturalism. After starting my career in the mental health field, it became increasingly clear that modern psychotherapy and psychiatry leave much to be desired when it comes to serving the needs of the community, especially those who practice Afro-Carribean spiritualities here in South Florida. Realizing this need in the community, I've made it my mission to create a holistic space for all clients, especially those who have felt that traditional psychotherapy was not inclusive of their beliefs and culture.

I am an initiate and practitioner of the Lucumi religion (aborisha) since 2007 and am an omo Yemaya. Aside from my personal involvement with the faith, I also actively work and study with elders in the community to bridge the divide between psychology, spirituality, and culture.
